Prices on general commissions are non-negotiable once both parties agree. Do not try to haggle with me. My prices are set based on what I believe my art to be worth, the time it takes me to complete a drawing, and the demand for commissions.

USD currency through Paypal only under "Goods and Services", in which I will send the invoice through Paypal OR through Ko-Fi. No digital currencies, such as dA points, will be accepted.

Standard art commissions must be paid up-front in full through Ko-Fi.

I will not start a commission until payment is received.

No address is required when paying through Paypal.

The finished commission be sent to you via where you messaged me first, i am willing to provide and send you with the PNG via email if requested.

you are NOT ALLOWED to use my art for AI, NFTs, Crypto bs, etc.

I reserve the rights to refuse your commission.

the client must not distribute, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.

You are allowed to upload the art anywhere for personal use as long as you credit me (@itoraye on Twitter or @itorayye on Instagram/Tumblr)

I retain the rights to the commissioned artworks and reserves the right to publicly feature commissioned work in any way I wish. If the client wishes for a commission to be kept private, they must state so.

If you have a deadline to follow, please inform me. If you need it ASAP, I may impose a fee.

Refunds are not permitted. However, a full refund may only occur in the as a result of my own fault, i.e. a commission is drawn incorrectly as opposed to what the commissioner requested. Failing to inform me of what you specifically wanted does not warrant a refund.
